Automated SAW / MIG Welding & Stress Relieving Furnaces
Circumferential seams are welded using zero-porosity Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), followed by complete thermal stress relieving in computerized normalizing batch furnaces.
Monolithic Porous Mass Baking & Zinc Metallizing
Houses proprietary baking ovens for monolithic calcium silicate porous mass (90–92% porosity) and automated grit blasting with thermal zinc metallizing.

Hydrostatic Expansion & Leak Test Stations

Dissolved Acetylene cylinder production requires specialized mass integration infrastructure. Our Belagavi plant houses dedicated chemical mixing stations and computerized autoclave baking ovens.
Calcium silicate raw materials, silica, lime, and asbestos-free reinforcing fibers are processed into a uniform slurry, injected under pressure, and thermal-cured to achieve 90%–92% porosity and ≥22 kgf/cm² crushing strength.
Porous Mass Oven Specifications
- Thermal Baking Control: High-capacity ovens maintain multi-stage temperature baking cycles to cure calcium silicate monoliths.
- Acetone Solvent Saturation: Precision vacuum and filling stations charge pure Acetone (CH3COCH3) solvent into cured porous masses.
- 11% Safety Clearance: Oven baking profiles preserve a certified 11% safety space above the porous mass.
- IS 7312 Compliance: Every baked mass lot is sampled and tested for porosity and minimum 22 kgf/cm² crushing strength.

Covered Batch Staging & Loading
